Notes: Meet Lion A sweet and spunky three-year-old Doodle mix who joined TheDoodPack Rescue in March 2025 in search of a fresh start—and a forever family to shower him with the love he deserves! This charming gentleman isn’t shy about sharing his feelings—he’s quite the talker and loves to bark for treats, attention, mealtime, and play! He’s a social pup who enjoys the company of other dogs, though he can sometimes display mounting behaviors, so he’ll thrive with a family that can continue to guide him with positive reinforcement and consistency as he matures. Lion already knows some basic commands like “sit,” “lay down,” and “paw,” although he’ll happily remind you that he prefers learning with a treat in sight! We call that selective hearing! He’s also done well around cats, but like with any new introductions, we recommend a slow and mindful approach to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable.
