Notes: Smith is a three-month-old Australian Shepherd/Collie mix who came into TheDoodPack Rescue’s care on December 15, 2025, through no fault of his own. He is a bright, energetic puppy who is already showing just how fun and engaging this mix can be. Smith has a playful, curious personality and loves to stay busy. As a herding breed mix, he is expected to grow into a high-energy, intelligent dog who will thrive with structure, training, and plenty of mental and physical enrichment. He’s the kind of puppy who wants to be involved in everything and will do best with a family that enjoys an active lifestyle and is committed to ongoing training. Smith was neutered on December 18, 2025, and still has another round of puppy vaccines on 01/06/2026 to complete before his adoption is finalized. In the meantime, he is available through our foster-to-adopt program, with TheDoodPack Rescue continuing to cover his remaining medical care. An ideal home for Smith is one that understands the needs of high-energy working breeds and is prepared to invest the time, patience, and consistency he’ll need as he grows.
